Restaurant opened in May 2011, in Santa Eulalia del Río, Ibiza. Our specialty is grilled meat. In our beautiful garden you can taste excellent quality meats, such as our specialty “El Chuletón Dry Aged”, matured for 45 days. You can also try the Iberian pork fillet , Black Angus skirt steak, oxtail beef stew at low temperature.
The steak is our speciallity but, we also have a varied menu, where we make a Mediterranean cuisine, where you can always find a fish dish, vegetarian dishes based on organic vegetables, various salads, carpaccios and a variety of dishes to snack on. all. We buy organic vegetables from local farmers wherever possible, fresh product and excellent quality meats from the best areas of Spain.
In Sa Carboneria you can enjoy our cuisine by chef Pablo Castillo Marianovich, trained in the best restaurants in the country, as well as El Bulli by Ferran Adrià or Lasarte by Martín Berasategui.
We also have a selection of wines from the islands, Spanish and foreign. And after dinner, relax with a drink from our large selection of Gin& Tonic Premium, homemade liqueur or cocktail in our garden set amidst bougainvilleas and a lemon tree.
